Halo to the chief
While doing background on a unrelated story, I came across this photo:
What caught my eye was the ubiquitous halo effect over the Presidents head. Later in the evening I was talking with my neighbor and I told her about this halo image continuing to show up in various photographs of the President. She stated she had not noticed this.
For my neighbor, I offer the following images.
